1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. AI-Researched Content
You acknowledge that the research reports, data, and insights provided by the Service are researched and compiled using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automated algorithms. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or subject to "hallucinations" inherent in AI models.
3. Autonomous AI Agents and Purchases
You may authorize autonomous AI agents via our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server to interact with JTrader.ai and execute autonomous purchases (e.g., x402 USDC micropayments) on your behalf. You are solely responsible for managing your agent's wallet, private keys, and configuring appropriate local spending limits (such as session limits or per-report limits). All purchases made by an AI agent authorized by you are final and are your sole responsibility.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JTrader.ai, its creators, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, capital, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
(i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
(ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
(iii) any financial or investment decisions made based on the information provided by the Service;
(iv) any unauthorized, unintended, or accidental purchases or spending executed by autonomous AI agents configured to act on your behalf.
5. No Fiduciary Relationship
Your use of the Service does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or client relationship between you and JTrader.ai.
6. Account Registration and API Keys
You must ensure that the email address provided during authentication is accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding the password, credentials, API keys, and Agent Binding Tokens that you use or generate to access JTrader.ai.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
