1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using JTrader.ai, whether via our web application, REST API, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Autonomous AI & Informational Use Only
All reports, ticker screenings, risk assessments, and scores are generated by autonomous artificial intelligence algorithms and web crawlers. Past performance, conviction scores, and algorithmic analysis do not guarantee future results. Investing in equities, options, and cryptocurrencies carries substantial risk of total loss of capital. Always conduct your own independent research (DYOR).
3. Purchases & Micropayments
Report unlocks purchased via Stripe (credit/debit card) or the x402 protocol (USDC on Base network) are non-refundable once unlocked and delivered to your dashboard or API client, except as required by applicable law.
4. API & Autonomous Agent Usage
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys, private keys, and binding tokens. You agree not to use the Service for any abusive, illegal, or rate-limit-bypassing activity. We reserve the right to revoke API keys and terminate access for malicious behavior.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JTrader.ai, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Service.
