  • AI Agent Data: If you authorize AI agents to act on your behalf, we collect data associated with their activity, including Agent API keys and linked wallet addresses, to verify identity and authorize access.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service.
  • To authenticate users and manage access to the application via whitelists.
  • To monitor the usage of the Service to improve user experience.
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Cloud and Firebase services. We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. AI Agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP)

You may connect autonomous AI agents to JTrader.ai using our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. If you configure your agent to make autonomous report purchases via x402 USDC micropayments, your Ethereum wallet private key is required by the MCP server. JTrader.ai will NEVER ask for, collect, process, transmit, or store your private key. Your private key is used strictly locally on your machine to sign payment payloads.

5. Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party companies (such as Firebase for authentication and database management, LLM providers for report generation, or blockchain networks like Base for processing x402 micropayments) to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
